General Terms and Conditions for ARMODINI.COM Online Store
Subject of Agreement
Article 1. These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Mondopia LLC, with tax identification number BG207277347, headquartered and with its management address at Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. 8, Sofia, Bulgaria, 1000 (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider"), and users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of the ARMODINI.COM e-commerce platform (hereinafter referred to as "ARMODINI.COM").

Platform Characteristics
Article 3. ARMODINI.COM is an e-commerce platform, accessible online at https://armodini.com, through which Users can enter into agreements for the purchase and delivery of goods offered by the Provider on the platform. This includes:
- Browse and selecting products with detailed descriptions, features, and prices.
- Registering and creating a profile to browse the Provider's online store and access additional information services.
- Viewing product details, including features, prices, and delivery terms.
- Entering into purchase and delivery agreements with the Provider for goods offered on the ARMODINI.COM platform.
- Placing orders for goods with payment on delivery (Cash on Delivery) upon receipt of the order from ARMODINI.COM.
- Receiving information about new products offered by the Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform.
- Submitting electronic statements in connection with entering into or performing agreements with the Provider via the ARMODINI.COM website interface.
- Being informed of legal rights, primarily through the ARMODINI.COM online platform interface.
- Exercising the right of withdrawal where applicable, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Article 4. The Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform arranges for the delivery of goods and guarantees User rights as provided by law, operating in good faith, in accordance with accepted practices and U.S. consumer protection and commercial law.
Article 5. (1) Users enter into purchase agreements with the Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform at https://armodini.com. The agreement is concluded in English. (2) The agreement is considered concluded once the Provider sends an order confirmation electronically to the email address provided. (3) Users pay the Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform compensation for the delivered goods in accordance with the terms specified on the ARMODINI.COM platform and these General Terms and Conditions. The compensation is the amount indicated on the ARMODINI.COM platform for the item ordered by the User. (4) Available payment methods include:
* Credit/Debit Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) – processed through the Paysera system.
* Online Bank Transfers (specific U.S. bank integrations may vary).
* Mobile Payment Options (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, if integrated).
* Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receipt of the order.
(5) Delivery charges are regulated according to the information published on the ARMODINI.COM platform. (6) We and our payment partners are committed to ensuring the security of our customers' payment information.
Article 6. (1) The User and the Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform agree that all statements between them in connection with the conclusion and performance of the purchase agreement may be made electronically and through electronic statements as defined by applicable U.S. electronic signature and commerce laws. (2) Electronic statements made by Users on the website are presumed to be made by the persons identified in the data provided by the User when placing the order. (3) The Provider undertakes to send an order acceptance confirmation by email.
Orders via ARMODINI.COM
Article 7. (1) By filling in their details on the order form and clicking the "Submit" button, the User declares that they have read these General Terms and Conditions, agree to their content, and commit to unconditionally abiding by them. (2) The Provider confirms the order placed by the User via email. A User account is created, and a contractual relationship is established between the User and the Provider. (3) By placing an order, the User agrees to provide true and up-to-date information.
Technical Steps to Conclude a Purchase Agreement
Article 8. (1) Users primarily use the Provider's website interface on the ARMODINI.COM platform to enter into purchase agreements for goods offered by the Provider on ARMODINI.COM. (2) The User is deemed to have accepted these General Terms and Conditions by submitting the order form. (3) After placing an order, the User receives electronic confirmation, which constitutes the conclusion of the agreement.
Article 9. Users conclude a purchase agreement for goods on the ARMODINI.COM platform by following these steps:
- Accessing the ordering system on the ARMODINI.COM platform.
- Navigating to the order form page.
- Providing necessary information to identify the User as a party to the agreement. Selecting the desired quantity of the product the User wishes to order.
- Confirming the order by clicking the "Submit" button.
- Confirmation of order acceptance by the Provider via email.
Content of the Agreement
Article 10. (1) The Provider may arrange for the delivery of ordered goods under separate purchase agreements simultaneously and together. (2) User rights in relation to delivered goods are exercised separately for each purchase agreement. The exercise of rights regarding one delivered good does not affect the purchase agreements for other goods. If the User has consumer status under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, the exercise of the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement for a specific good does not affect purchase agreements for other goods delivered to the consumer. (3) The Provider provides a warranty for a period of 1 year against defects in goods present upon receipt, in accordance with applicable U.S. warranty laws. (Note: The original mentioned "2 years in accordance with EU regulations." U.S. standard implied warranties typically last one year, though express warranties can be longer.)
Article 11. When exercising rights arising from a purchase agreement, the User is obligated to clearly and unambiguously specify the agreement and the good to which the rights apply.
Article 12. The User may pay the price for separate purchase agreements at once upon delivery of the order.
Specific Provisions for Consumers
Article 13. The provisions of this Section VII of these General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to Users who, based on the information provided when concluding a purchase agreement on ARMODINI.COM, can be inferred to be Consumers as defined by applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.
Article 14. (1) The main characteristics of the goods offered by the Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform are detailed in the information published on the ARMODINI.COM platform. (2) The price of the goods, including any applicable taxes and fees (e.g., sales tax where legally required), is determined by the Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform and published on the order page on ARMODINI.COM. (3) Payment, delivery, and performance methods are outlined in these General Terms and Conditions and the information provided to the User through the mechanisms on the ARMODINI.COM platform. (4) The information provided to Users in accordance with this article is current at the time it is displayed on the ARMODINI.COM platform before the conclusion of the sales agreement. (5) Users agree that any information required under U.S. consumer protection laws may be provided via the ARMODINI.COM platform interface or by email.
Returns
Article 15. (1) If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it meets the following requirements:
* The item must be returned in its original, salable condition, free from signs of wear or use.
* Upon receipt and inspection of the product to ensure it meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. * For Cash on Delivery payments, please provide a bank account number for the refund.
(2) Important Return Information:
* The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item.
* To initiate a return, please email support@armodini.com with your order number.
* You may use a return form, but it is not required.
* Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Delivery
Article 16. (1) Delivery of ordered goods on the ARMODINI.COM platform is carried out with the assistance of professional courier companies.
(2) Detailed information about available delivery options, including:
* Courier name
* Estimated delivery time (in business days)
* Delivery cost (automatically calculated during the order process) can be found on the dedicated Shipping and Returns page.
(3) The maximum delivery time for an order is 10 business days from the order date, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. (4) If the Provider is unable to fulfill the order due to a lack of ordered goods, the Provider undertakes to inform the Consumer within 2 business days and refund any amounts paid as soon as possible.
Complaints
Article 17. (1) In case of any discrepancies, defects, or issues with purchased goods, Users have the right to submit a complaint. This includes, but is not limited to, the following cases:
* Manufacturing defects in the product.
* Missing components or parts of the product.
* Incorrect product delivered, differing from what was ordered.
* Damage to the product incurred during transport.
(2) Complaints can be submitted via:
* The contact form available on our website, or
* Directly by sending an email to support@armodini.com.
(3) Upon receipt of a complaint, we will make every effort to thoroughly analyze the reported issue and resolve it as quickly as possible, within our capabilities and applicable legal provisions. (4) Complaints should be reported within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
(5) Depending on the reported issue, the User may choose one of the following resolution options:
* Replacement of the product with a new, defect-free one.
* Return of the item and a refund of the purchase price.
(6) Returns under a complaint are possible provided:
* The item is in good, salable condition (not scratched, damaged, or broken).
* There is no damage resulting from improper use.
* The original packaging and label are retained.
(7) The complaint resolution process will be handled promptly, and a response or resolution should be provided to the User within 14 business days of receiving the complaint.
Contract Performance
Article 18. (1) The Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform arranges for the delivery and transfer of the goods to the Consumer by an appropriate courier within the agreed-upon timeframe. (2) If the timeframe specified in paragraph 1 has not been expressly agreed upon between the parties when concluding the agreement, the Provider will arrange for delivery and transfer within 10 business days.
Article 19. (1) The User has the right to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and receipt and, if they do not meet the requirements, to immediately notify the Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform. (2) If the User does not notify the Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform in accordance with paragraph 1, the goods are considered accepted as conforming to requirements, with the exception of hidden defects.
Article 20. The Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform is not obligated to provide service for the goods.
Personal Data Protection
Article 21. The Provider has adopted and adheres to a Personal Data Protection Policy for Mondopia LLC, which complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Alongside the Personal Data Protection Policy, a separate document – Information on the protection of personal data of Mondopia LLC (the Provider) – has been created, which simply and clearly presents the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and the rights of consumers (users). (Note: While GDPR is an EU regulation, companies established in the EU and doing business with U.S. customers often maintain GDPR compliance, and it provides a strong baseline for data privacy. It's crucial that any U.S. specific privacy laws, like CCPA if applicable, are also considered.)
Article 22. By accepting these terms, the User declares that they have read the Personal Data Protection Policy of Mondopia LLC and the Information on the protection of personal data of Mondopia LLC customers, published on the company's websites.
Amendment and Access to General Terms
Article 23. (1) These terms may be amended by the Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform. (2) The Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform and the User agree that any additions and changes to these terms will apply to the User in one of the following cases:
* After their publication on the Provider's website on the ARMODINI.COM platform, and if the User does not object within 14 days of their publication;
* After their acceptance by the User by placing an order with the Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform.
Article 24. The Provider publishes these terms at https://armodini.com/pages/terms-and-conditions along with all their additions and changes.
Termination of Agreement
Article 25. These terms and the agreement between the User and the Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform expire in the following cases:
- In case of liquidation or bankruptcy of one of the parties to the agreement;
- By mutual written agreement of the parties;
- In case of objective impossibility for one of the parties to the agreement to perform its obligations;
- In case of seizure or sealing of equipment by state authorities.
Article 26. The Provider has the right, at its discretion, without notice and without compensation, to unilaterally terminate the agreement if it determines that the User is using the ARMODINI.COM platform in violation of these terms, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria (as the company's place of establishment), generally accepted moral norms, or generally accepted principles and practices of e-commerce.
Liability
Article 27. The User undertakes to compensate and hold harmless the providers on the ARMODINI.COM platform and the Provider in case of legal claims and other demands from third parties (whether justified or not) for all damages and costs (including attorney's fees and court costs) arising from or related to (1) non-performance of any obligation under this agreement, (2) infringement of copyrights, producer rights, broadcasting rights, or other intellectual or industrial property rights, (3) unlawful transfer of rights granted to the User to other persons, for the period and under the terms of the agreement, and (4) false declaration of the existence or absence of consumer status within the meaning of consumer protection laws.
Article 28. The Provider is not liable in case of force majeure, accidental events, Internet problems, technical problems, or other objective reasons, including orders from competent state authorities.
Article 29. (1) The Provider is not liable for damages caused by the User to third parties. (2) The Provider is not liable for property or non-property damages, including lost profits or damages incurred by the User in connection with the use or non-use of the ARMODINI.COM platform and the conclusion of sales agreements with the Provider. (3) The Provider is not liable for the time the platform was unavailable due to force majeure. (4) The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from comments, opinions, and publications under products, news, and articles on the ARMODINI.COM platform.
Article 30. (1) The Provider is not liable in case of security breaches of technical equipment and resulting loss of information, dissemination of information, access to information, restriction of access to information, and other similar consequences. (2) The Provider is not liable in case of conclusion of a sales agreement, granting access to information, loss or alteration of data that occurred as a result of false authentication of a third party impersonating the User, if circumstances indicate that this person is the User.
Article 31. Cookies: From time to time, information may be sent to your personal computer that allows us to identify you. Such information is commonly called "cookies." By showing when and how our visitors use this site, this information can help us to continue improving our site. We will use these "cookies" only to view information on your hard drive that was placed there by a "cookie" from our site. The use of such "cookies" is an industry standard and is used by many websites. These "cookies" are stored on your personal computer and not on the website. If you do not wish to receive "cookies" or wish to be notified of their placement, you can configure your browser to perform these actions if it offers such a possibility. Article 32. (1) The User and the Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform undertake to mutually protect their rights and legal interests and to protect their trade secrets that became known to them during the performance of the agreement and these terms. (2) The User and the Provider undertake, during and after the term of the agreement, not to disclose written or oral correspondence conducted between them. Publication of correspondence in print and electronic media, on internet forums, private or public pages, etc., may be considered disclosure.
Article 33. In case of a conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and the provisions of a special agreement between the Provider on the ARMODINI.COM platform and the User, the provisions of the special agreement shall prevail.
Article 34. The possible invalidity of any of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions does not lead to the invalidity of the entire agreement.
Article 35. For matters not regulated in this agreement, related to its performance and interpretation, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply. (Note: This is important for the company's legal establishment, but for U.S. consumer disputes, U.S. state and federal laws will often take precedence if they are more favorable to the consumer.)
Article 36. These General Terms and Conditions are binding on all Users of the ARMODINI.COM platform.
Information Copying Terms
Article 37. All information published on the ARMODINI.COM platform, including photos and product descriptions, is the property of Mondopia LLC. The online store grants owners of other websites and users the right to publish links to the armodini.com online platform.
Article 38. Copying texts and photos from armodini.com and placing them on other websites and online stores without the written consent of Mondopia LLC is prohibited.
Appendix 1 – Information on Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

Standard Instructions for Withdrawal from Agreement:
Right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract.
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 30 days. (Note: While EU has 14 days, 30 days is a more common and consumer-friendly return period in the U.S. for online purchases, though not always legally mandated across all product types.)
The withdrawal period will expire 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at support@armodini.com of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by an unequivocal statement.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal.
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you for the purchased products.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
