Shipping

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Standard delivery typically takes 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery times may be extended. However, we assure you we will do everything we can to get your package to you as swiftly as possible.

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to offer various delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE

Currently, we ship only to addresses within the United States.

Returns

If your purchased product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days from the date you received it, provided it meets the following requirements:

  • The product must be returned in its original, saleable condition, free from signs of use or wear.
  • Once we receive and inspect the product to confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Important Information:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items, unless otherwise specified (e.g., for defective products).
  • If a customer fails to pick up an order from the courier or a designated pickup point, and the package is returned to us, we will only refund the value of the products. Shipping costs, including the original delivery cost and the return shipping cost, will not be refunded as these are considered services already rendered. This policy is in compliance with applicable U.S. consumer protection regulations, provided the customer was informed of these terms when placing the order.
  • If a customer wishes for an order to be re-shipped after it has been returned to us, they will be responsible for covering the cost of the new delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please send an email to support@armodini.com with your order number. You may use the return form available in our General Terms and Conditions, but it is not mandatory.
  • Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
